elseco has announced the successful acquisition of Compass Underwriting, a London-based underwriting team focussing on Accident & Health and Marine specialty insurance business.
With immediate effect and providing a seamless continuity of all underwriting activities and claims services, Compass Underwriting MGA team will operate under the elseco group London operation company Vivet Limited. The trading name of Compass Underwriting will remain unchanged.
Compass Underwriting has been operating in the UK and international markets for more than 20 years and is a recognised brand of expertise in accident and health.
This latest acquisition for elseco provides a new framework to build and diversify its scope of capabilities beyond its existing speciality insurance book of Space, Aviation, and Energy lines.
